Psyttalia ophthalmica (Tobias, 1977)

Taxonomic History / Nomenclature
Originally described in the genus Opius, subgenus Psyttalia. Wharton (1987) subsequently elevated Psyttalia to generic rank and formally transferred this species to Psyttalia in Wharton (1997).
Remarks
Psyttalia ophthalmica is known only from the Maritime Region of far eastern Russia, around Vladivostok, where it has been reared from Rhagoletis in Lonicera and briars.
