Biology / Hosts
Opius baldufi is a parasitoid of Rhagoletis basiola (Osten Sacken), which develops in rose hips (Balduf 1958, 1959; Wharton and Marsh 1978).
Biology and Behavior
A detailed biology of this species was published by Balduf (1959); who also looked at the effects of parasitism on the size of the host puparium Balduf (1958).
