Neurogenia tuberculata He, 1985: 316-318.
Diagnosis and Relationships
This species belongs to the Perilissoides species-group within Neurogenia, characterized by the strongly bowed and thickened fore wing 1M and the relatively long hind tibial spur. Within this species group, N. tuberculata is characterized by the combination of a very short, thick tubercle on fore wing M+Cu, a short, broad, pentagonal propodeal areola, and the pattern of dark coloration shown in the figures under the Description section. It is very similar to N. fujianensis in the shape of the M+Cu tubercle, but the propodeal areola is shorter and broader than the longer, narrower areola of N. fujianensis.
Description
Mesosoma 3.5-4.0 mm long. Face (Fig. 3) granular-punctate; gena deeply punctate; frons rugose-punctate. Greatest diameter of lateral ocellus greater (female: Fig. 4) to much greater (male: Fig. 5) than distance from ocellus to eye. Fore wing with Rs+2r arising very slightly basad middle of stigma (Figs 2, 9); tubercle on M+Cu about as long as high; 1cu-a distinctly distad of 1M (i.e. postfurcal); 2cu-a slightly longer than second abscissa of Cu1. Hind wing cu-a 1.6 (female) and 2.0 (male) x longer than first abscissa of Cu1. Epomia long, extending to ventral margin but weaker over ventral half. Male parameres exceptionally long and narrow distally (Fig. 13).
Head and thorax black (except scutellum yellow), propodeum dark reddish brown in female (Fig. 8), darker in male (Fig. 7), petiole yellow-brown, remainder of metasoma brown, legs, including coxae, as in Figs 1, 2, 11, and 12.

Distribution
This species was described from several specimens. The holotype is from Longquan in Zhejiang Province, China and one of the paratypes was collected in Guangxi Province. Reshchikov et al. (1914) added Taiwan to the distribution of this species.
